Booking fee 

A non-refundable booking fee is required for every appointment (amount will be shown when you go to book) and this will be deducted off the price of the treatment.  

The remainder is payable on the day of your appointment by cash, bank transfer or PayPal (I do not have a card machine so please prepare in advance).  

 

Cancellations 

If you need to reschedule please give me at least 48 hours’ notice or the booking fee will be lost and you will need to pay this again to rebook. I understand that circumstances can change but even with 48 hours’ notice its usually hard to fill a slot so often means I lose out and the booking fee just covers a small amount of the treatment cost so please give as much notice as you can.  

If you cancel and do not want to rebook the booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel with over 48 hours’ notice it can be used for another treatment up to a year from the payment date or can be taken as a voucher. 

Refunds 

If you decide to pay for a treatment in advance and change your mind no refunds can be given but this can be redeemed as a voucher for use up to a year. 

No refunds will be given for any treatments already taken out. 

Pre-Treatment Advice 

Please follow all before and aftercare, failure to do so could result in the treatment not going ahead on the day of your appointment which would result in a loss of the booking fee.  

 

Appointment Times 

Please aim to arrive no more than 5 minutes early or late to your appointment. Feel free to wait in your car if you are early or send me a message as I have no waiting area and will likely be with another client if you are early.  

If you are more than 10-15 minutes late please send me a message or call but it may result in the appointment having to be rescheduled in which case this would class as a no show and the booking fee would be lost.
